Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return

  2. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Pack your items securely and send them to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at support@scarletmelbourne.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
